Executive priorities at your key accounts are shifting amid COVID-19

    March 22, 2020

    Crains quote

By design, we are a nimble and entrepreneurial company, so we’re used to a fast pace.

But we’ve never seen executive priorities change as rapidly as they are right now.

We’ve heard executives say one thing in early March only to pivot just weeks later. Elon Musk went from dismissing the coronavirus panic as “dumb” (March 6) to committing to produce 1,000 ventilators (March 21). While Musk is perhaps the most widely publicized example, we’ve seen plenty of others.

In this environment, communicating with your most important accounts without having the latest information is risky. Because it is so critical to be up-to-the-minute on how business leaders are pivoting in response to this crisis, our expert editors are proactively searching for executive interviews and reading the latest earnings calls. They’re incorporating insight and quotes from corporate leaders into our Executive Profiles as quickly as they can — and deleting content that is no longer relevant or accurate.

This is no different than what we would do under a “business as usual” scenario. But in these times, we want to do more.

So here’s our offer to you:

If you need up-to-the minute information on certain target accounts, let us know and we’ll make it happen as quickly as we can. We’ll push your target accounts to the front of our queue, and our team will update all of the associated profiles ASAP. Also, remember that if you’re targeting an executive who is not yet in our system, make a profile request through your account and we will get it to you as soon as possible.

Like most of you, we are now working remotely, juggling work, kids, pets and everything else. So we get it. Your time is more valuable than ever. So, let us take some work off your plate and make one little part of your day better and brighter. We’re standing by, ready to help. Put us to work for you. That’s why we’re here.
