We’ve heard executives say one thing in early March only to pivot just weeks later. Elon Musk went from dismissing the coronavirus panic as “dumb” (March 6) to committing to produce 1,000 ventilators (March 21). While Musk is perhaps the most widely publicized example, we’ve seen plenty of others.
In this environment, communicating with your most important accounts without having the latest information is risky. Because it is so critical to be up-to-the-minute on how business leaders are pivoting in response to this crisis, our expert editors are proactively searching for executive interviews and reading the latest earnings calls.
